Ok working with Gen Zs have made me realize that they have their own working attitude. They don't come to you for help, they want to do it and learn on their own (Google it even). However, they want promotions - i latched on that. We discuss the next steps in their career, and they became very open in learning. Still, as their team leader, you should know how you can retain this Gen Zs, to continue excite them in their present working environment, coz in my experience this generation is always looking for better opportunity which could be in another company.
