With so many information online we often go overboard with a lot of information. We all are humans and we all need break every now then and every can’t be put into the set of rules and regulations. - At times you just need to leave things as they are instead of making it all about it. - Change the mode of communication - no everyone has good speaking skills and but have excellent writing skills - They can just write about the same and later can be discussed in person in 1-2-1 conversations - Regular check in are absolutely okay - But sometimes having a chat outside discussion work can be helpful.

Building a team is always crucial, communication breakdowns have always been a thing within organizations. This is where team building or team bonding is really valuable. Our team consists of around 25 people and apart from some people that are in other countries and more related to the app development side of things we always do face to face meetings. We were founded around the era of Covid and zoom meetings were all we had, I feel when we take away digital meetings and replace them with real connections a big shift happens. Connections become real and communication becomes natural.

When people feel seen and understood, the communication flows more freely, team members feel they can ask questions, sharing across teams and orgs increases, resulting in a more empowered and engaged team.
