Typically it all depends on the team that you are handling and their adaptability to new skills which you may have experienced as a leader below are my views -Clear Communication : Provide a Clear Communication to your team on what are the benifits also which can reduce their work load using it which ease them - Training them on Digital - This plays crucial role for adaptability as if team isn't aware of basic you may have to start from training on scratch and then proceed with actual Tool you are using and clarify their doubts for which we can use Q&A or some notes on every icon which can help even in team change cases. - New Skill - This again points to how the team is happy to adapt a new skill which ease the solution and Growth.
