Nem todos os membros precisam dominar softwares SIG/GIS mas é importante que se tenha um núcleo duro apto a utilizar ferramentas como o QGIS ou ArcGIS. É interessante definir os principais indicadores do projeto ou empreendimento e criar dashboards associados aos dados do SIG para que facilite o compartilhamento e interpretação por todas as partes envolvidas
