Cultivate an environment where bold experimentation is not just allowed, but encouraged. Stress the importance of learning from every setback to evolve our strategies and technologies. Implement a rapid prototyping approach where iterative failures are seen as vital to discovering revolutionary solutions. Finally, lead by example—show relentless pursuit of ambitious goals, demonstrating that fear is not a barrier, but a passage to wisdom and growth.

There are few denominators for such situations: 1. What is the company culture? Super structured & perfectionistic, or allowing "learning by doing"? The attitude to failures differs, respectively. 2. You as leader and how your people see you 3. Type of failure: if the failure happens due to sloppy job, not caring, etc. - then some kind of "fear" is healthy, otherwise we can come to anarchy/chaos. Another important point is if your team is experienced, or if there are many newcomers not knowing the "company & teams reality". Does the company have mechanisms to prevent vital effects of mistakes/failures happening internally (e.g. 4-eyes principle, approval processes, etc.) All these need to be considered by leaders to chose the right recipe.

By sharing my failures and lessons drawn from them, I establish failure as a natural step in the quest for growth and act as an opportunity for learning and improvement. I encourage them to take small, manageable risks and experiment with new ideas by not fearing that mistakes are a stepping stone to success. By rewarding efforts as much as results and by fostering a supportive environment based on trust and encouragement, I encourage the team to feel safe to express their creativity and explore innovative solutions. It will empower them past fear and encourage them to fully realize their potential
