Navegar un choque entre objetivos sostenibles contradictorios dentro del equipo requiere un enfoque colaborativo y estratégico. En mi opinión, es clave iniciar un diálogo abierto para entender las prioridades y perspectivas de cada miembro. Facilitar una evaluación conjunta de los objetivos, enfocándose en su impacto y alineación con la misión general de sostenibilidad, ayuda a identificar puntos en común. Priorizar los objetivos con el mayor beneficio ambiental, social o económico, respaldado por datos concretos, puede guiar la toma de decisiones.
