It's like trying to convince a cat to take a bath. Trust me, I've been there. When one of my team members stared at the new system like it was an alien artifact, I knew I had my work cut out for me. I encouraged them to share their struggles, and we kept the feedback loop open. It became a safe space to laugh about mistakes and laugh even harder when we discovered the system could do something unexpected In the end, they adapted, and I even caught them using the new system without me hovering over their shoulder like a tech support ghost. Change is hard, but with a bit of humor and the right support, it can turn into something positive.

1- Uncover the daily advntages those can be obtained by using new technologies while using it in the work 2 - Understand their pain points , and arrange the solution 3- Start with minimum involvement of new technologies , and gradually speed up the whole project. 4- Try to reduce their fear of loosing job as it is usually being noticed in most employees that technology will replace their job.
