Innovation or creativity are independent of resourcefulness or a lack of it. They are instead part of a work habit that stems from the attitude of people one hires and the company culture. The people who are trained to follow a certain way of working and not take risks or innovate to find more effective ways to meet business needs, will never be creative - whether there is one or 100 of such kind. Similarly, companies who want employees to follow a set path and not find more effective or creative path, will always drive even the most creative people to quit out of frustration. So companies should focus on hiring and developing leaders who are innovative and creative, who will then develop a team that delivers - resource crunch or not.

I would lean into scrappy innovation, aka working smarter, not harder. We wil prioritize MVP (Minimum Viable Product) features usin Kanban boards on Trello to stay lean and mean. Instead of full blown brainstorming sessions, I would rather use design sprints to pump out ideas in record time and avoid feature creep. With limited resources we wil focus on high impact low cost solutions that give us that big ROI flex!

Focus on minimum viable product or service during low resource ! Re-allign priorities by reviewing the critical requirements. Re-negotiate the scope with leaders. Also can re-assign resources and reallocation of tasks.
