Resistance to anything new is a classic human behavior. And trying out a new technology comes with a lot of fears. By constantly following up with team members about the challenges they are facing and working on eliminating them as much as possible is an approach that has worked for me. As you work out the resistance, there are lesser and lesser reasons for not upgrading.

Foster open dialogue through Q&A sessions to engage team members and make them feel valued. Implement a phased rollout of the technology, allowing for gradual adaptation and feedback collection, which can help minimize overwhelm. Provide personalized and engaging training that caters to different learning styles, ensuring employees feel equipped to use the new tools effectively.
