I think it's all about active listening, choosing the best point of view and justifying the choice without any bias to encourage all the team to give their opinions eagerly next time.

Als Führungskraft ist es wichtig alle Standpunkte in Betracht zu ziehen und sich nicht von einer Seite beeinflussen zu lassen. Daher sollte die Führungskraft als Mediator oder Moderator dienen. Wichtig ist dabei den Rahmen oder die Spielregeln ab zu stecken, in welchem eine Aussprache stattfindet. Innerhalb dieses Rahmens sollen Mitarbeiter über alles sprechen können was sie belastet. Hierzu habe ich mal den Treffenden Begriff „Psychohygiene“ gehört. Die Führungskraft versucht dabei die wesentlichen Punkte aufzunehmen und in einem Fazit den Konsens zusammenzufassen. Daraus werden dann Massnahmen abgeleitet wofür das gesamte Team das Kommitment gibt.
