Creative (images & video) usually take the longest to produce and likely will need revisions. Give clear direction ahead of time with the audiences/targeting that they're needed for. Keywords/audiences etc should already be established. Also, recognize that algorithms take time to warm up. You can layer new content into existing campaigns, but if you want to take advantage of PMax or similar campaigns for a 3 day promotion, it's not going to work well.. Finally, if there are outside parties e.g. you're doing media buys through another vendor, make sure that you know their timelines to go live well ahead of time and that they know yours.
