being available 24/7 is impossible.What i will be doing in this case--- 1) i will clearly state my working hours. 2)if they contact me out of my working hours ,i will say that i am not currently out of working hours and i will get back to them tomorrow. 3)if this repeats its better to leave that job as you are human and if your company forces you to be available 24/7 then its toxic work environment
