People in organization are not with the same thugth process. As Manager or a leader, My focus is always on goal in efficient way. Approach could be any. Schedule a meeting together (I use to make sure meeting platform should open talk without hesitation) and talk about the goal and listen the approach. Its same as I think myself as Decision maker in political assembly. **Conclusion and windup is most important so that if someone is leaving the meeting, they should not feel alone or eliminated. My words play vital role here to encurage efforts of team and make this as Team work.
