El brindar la mayor información que de sustento a una toma de decisión es fundamental, como las ventajas y desventajas, es importante conocer los puntos de vista de cada una de las partes para brindarles una respuesta correcta respecto a su apreciación desde reuniones en grupo hasta reuniones uno a uno que ayuda mucho a disipar cualquier inquietud.

En mi opinión alinear a todos lod miembros del equipo en torno a los objetivos comunes: ¿qué problema queremos resolver y qué impacto buscamos? Yener una reunión donde cada parte exponga su perspectiva, datos y riesgos. Evaluar las opciones con criterios claros como coste, impacto y escalabilidad. Promover debates abiertos, pero decidiendo con firmeza y basándome en la estrategia global. Y sobre todo comunicar el "por qué" de la decisión y asegurar compromiso, no unanimidad. 🌟

I would first get my team to gather following data and then take a judgement call to arrive at the decision: - In the given context, what are the must have’s of the application and how easily those can be implemented - How are the softwares comparing when it comes to ‘ease of use’ for the target users in the organisation. - The extent to which the software can be configured ie without requiring customisation - Seek information from current customers of the softwares and check their experience on few parameters such as ease of implementation, configurability, post implementation support etc. - Seek inputs form the IT team on technical aspects to ensure the robustness of the software - Short term and long term costs of the softwares.
