As the visionary for your business, you are not the right person to do everything, and you might not be the right person to create the systems to delegate either. Give one person in your team (and this might be your first hire or even a VA), the task of getting processes out of your head and into a system. Then you can find the right person to deliver that process, giving you much more freedom to leads
