In my mind, coaching is about gathering your clients goals and plans to achieve them . With that information it becomes a journey of navigating them together.. UNDERSTAND AND RESPECT THE PRINCIPLES OF COACHING Coaching is a system of accountability, adjustments and action. The coaching feedback is design to challenge the data.. As the coach.. reinforce the human impact of data analysis.. You may only see what you want to see or just the opposite.. you can only see the things you are trying to avoid. As a client, become curious and use your coach to draw ideas out of the conversation.. Remember Coaches Coach.. players play.. both are responsible for providing critical data to the other.
