In manufacturing industry component sourcing and meeting the demand wrt to BOM is very critical and tricky tasks. components supply needs to maintain the whole eco-system which includes supplier, moq, waiting time, logistics, finance & most importantly planning. for mitigating the demand -supply issues anyone must have minimum 3-4 suppliers and order has to be placed not always basis of price but it must also consideration of minimum maintaining suppliers order book and fastest deliveries.
