Keeping remote teams motivated demands much more time & effort than a local team. The whole set up must be properly planned, and execution followed up constantly. The main cornerstones to keep remote teams motivated are clear targets & expectations on results, transparency, continuous communication (1on1 & team events) & feedback whenever possible. To reignite passion, I introduce fun challenges or virtual team activities to rebuild camaraderie. Ultimately, it's about fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, connected, and inspired.

Comenzaria por refrescar cuales son los objetivos macro e individuales y a alizar juntos donde están las falencias. No descarto un plan de mejora en casos críticos.

Reigniting passion in a remote mobile team? It's all about connection and purpose. Start by scheduling virtual coffee chats to reconnect on a personal level. Listen to their challenges and aspirations. Next, clarify team goals and individual roles. Show how each person's work contributes to the bigger picture. Introduce gamification elements to make tasks more engaging. Leaderboards or achievement badges can spark friendly competition. Offer opportunities for skill development and cross-training. Learning keeps work fresh and exciting. Recognize and celebrate wins, both big and small. Public praise goes a long way in boosting morale. Remember, a motivated team is a productive team.
