Lastly, I leverage tools like shared calendars or reminders to organize tasks better, ensuring I don't miss critical family commitments.

(edited)I'd start by understanding the root cause of the delay. It depends on you directly, or is it the fault of someone else? Based on the answer, focus on what you can control and let go of the rest; if you need help, there is nothing wrong with admitting your limits. Then please make sure to immediately inform your client and stakeholders of the delay, professionally explain why but take it easy, no one has ever died for a few days of wait!

Ayudará a tener perspectiva y visión. 2.- Comunicación efectiva La forma más práctica es la comunicación efectiva dado que es de suma importancia saber cuales son los retrasos y desafíos a enfrentar sobretodo con un equipo colaborativo para buscar soluciones innovadoras. 3.- Establecer prioridades. Evalua tus actividades, tareas clasifícalas por importante y relevantes, define lapsos de ejecución claros y balancea. No olvides que eres un ser humano, antes de ser Hiperproductivo.
