The starting point was to analyse the situation; 1. Since when the conflict exists 2. That is the problem. 3. By taking time to work with both parties but analysing the operation process and reviewing "the real problem and challenge". I analyse such situations by reviewing opinions, requests, and potential reasons and determining the best approach to minimising the conflict. What steps and time will it take to fix the existing problem? Finding a team as a positive and helpful team will provide easy access to all and work together.

The conflict between IT operations and sales teams can be resolved by allowing them to openly discuss what each is looking for or the concerns of the other teams. Set expectations on both sides regarding the role and urgency of tasks from either side. Periodic check-ins and shared alignment platforms will help improve communication.
