I wouldn't even try to convince! Clients rarely leave without a reason, but those reasons aren’t always expressed. Much like in personal relationships, dissatisfaction often goes unspoken until it’s too late. That’s why the first step is to LISTEN. I’d start a chat, ask for honest feedback, and address any concerns directly. Sometimes, long-term clients do explore other options. I can’t control that, nor do I want to. What I CAN do is ensure I consistently deliver my best work. That’s why I continuously refine my training methods and materials and skills. Maybe that’s why, even when some have tried other trainers, they’ve always returned to me realising the grass wasn’t greener after all. 😉

One thing I’ve found helpful is to never give your customers a reason to look for an alternative. In the POP display and packaging business, however, it’s also important to view things from the customer’s perspective—keeping all their eggs in one basket might not feel like the best option for them. That’s why focusing on building know, like, and trust is so essential. When you prioritize these relationships, the competition will have their hands full trying to keep up. At the end of the day, it’s all about understanding and meeting the customer’s needs. It’s up to us to deliver and perform.

Manteniendo una comunicación activa con el cliente y preguntando cada cierto tiempo como se encuentra en lo personal y laboral como también ofreciéndole ayuda en alguna situación que lo complique, tal vez no económica pero la ayuda mental muchas veces es mayor a la ayuda material.
