Customer loyalty comes down to understanding what they value most and adapting to it. When customers’ preferences change, it’s an opportunity to evolve. Look at Netflix: when they started, it was all about DVD rentals. But as streaming became the norm, they didn’t just adapt—they became pioneers in it. As an entrepreneur, you need to listen closely to your customers and track industry trends. Whether it’s through direct feedback or observing market behavior, staying close to the customer ensures you’re always a step ahead. Loyalty isn’t about clinging to old ways; it’s about growing with your customers and showing them that their needs come first.

Today's marketplace, as seen in many cases, isn't what it used to be, as it's rapidly shifting and so is the customer's behavior. Retention of customer loyalty depends on our offerings, so we must to go for product-analysis if it matches customers' preferences or not. Likewise, customers must be valued and rewarded so that loyalty can be retained in the long run. Need-identification is the key, we must ensure customers' needs and wants before they switch to competitors. Similarly, every customer has different buying power, so we need to deal with customers accordingly. Price-flooring strategy, selling products in lower prices than competitors, I suppose, would be the most effective strategy in this regard.
