This helps you allocate your time effectively without compromising other commitments. For instance, a CEO client faces a sudden PR crisis, while another client needs advice on routine team restructuring. In this scenario, prioritize the PR crisis since its resolution is time-sensitive and mission-critical.

An emergency can always happen. This this is the flexibility every entrepreneur should have. But if this happens more than one time - it is a clear sign that in my customers world is something off-control - and this is something we need to openly address in a next coaching session.
