It’s very simple, protect your time. If meetings are eating into your design time, then it’s up to you to ensure you protect your schedule. Time blocking is the best solution I have found is to limit my availability. That means defining periods in my schedule where my time is reserved for specific tasks and purposes. Time is your greatest commodity, and you are in control of it. If you don’t protect your time, it will disappear, and you can’t get it back.
