Uclear and poorly communicated project goals and deliverables at the briefing stage lead to such problems , i as a project manager would do : 1. communicate: Hold a meeting with all stakeholders along with the client to discuss deliverables clearly and talk about possible effects of the changes proposed on Time , Cost and quality of the project . 2. the client for some reason can still choose to make changes in future and to manage that i would suggest implementing clear and open communication channels with concerned head of depts who timely report project progress with respect to initial goal , value , time and cost . ` Above suggested managerial decisions would mitigate delays and make way for smooth communication

Afin de rester dans la ligne du projet et de tenir les délais je ferais une réunion avec le client et je lui expliquerai les contours du projet je lui ferai savoir quel peut être l’impact des changements sur le coût et le délai de livraison du projet et nous conviendrons ensemble de la gestion des avenant y relatif que nous signerons de commun accord.je lui expliquerai aussi les périodes de possibles changements et modifications afin d’éviter beaucoup de casse et de perte durant la réalisation du projet
