Highlight the importance of adaptability in today’s job market, where diverse experiences can lead to greater career growth. Help them see that expanding their horizons can uncover new paths that they might not have considered.

I believe sometimes people get caught up in their own biases and find it challenging to consider other perspectives. Futher we discuss what skills he / she considers to be applicable in the sphere he / she prefers and what transferrable skills he / she possesses. And after we discuss for which areas / other industries these transferrable skills can be applicable, what benefits the client would get
