The good old LAER technique is what I always recommend. Listen - Active listening is the key! Acknowledge - Ensure that the client understands that you take their doubts seriously, Rephrase the objection/s to understand what specific doubts or issues they have. Explore - Ask probing questions to understand better; why they feel the way they feel, deep dive into the doubt! Respond - Approach with empathy, provide data driven evidence, discuss case studies or testimonials, demonstrate the device, provide trial if feasible. Finally, don't forget the Follow-Up to address any additional doubts or questions.
