My approach Client expect instant replies only if expectations are not set clear initially Before replying immediately gather relevant information as Instant replies can be disastrous if not right. Be polite and gather enough time to provide the right set of information. Trust issues with clients can lead them to chase you down, so building trust in the first place is important. Clients request and response are important but always remember priorities can be set and we ourselves are the best person to decide on what responses are priority and act accordingly.
