Explicar a diferenciação entre IPv4 e IPv6 e tratar sobre as Classes de IPs, auxiliará o mesmo em seu entendimento. Quando possível, recomendaria a Adoção de Workshops e Aulas Técnicas para que os Clientes se sintam inseridos no contexto do Serviço contratado.

I think the simplesst way to explain IP addressing is to keep with a simple analogy. Keep the explanation focused on 1 point (don’t discuss multiple topics as it is the best way to create confusion). And… repetition the concept after some time for the audience to digest.
