One main change in technology is to make it more user friendly so that anyone can use it. Given that, the lead time to learn is often faster then what you are doing in the old environment makes it up in spades

Continuously seek out learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge base. Attend training sessions, workshops, or online courses focused on areas identified for improvement. Additionally, stay abreast of industry trends and best practices through relevant publications, conferences, and networking events.

God gave you two ears and one mouth use them in proportion and you will be amazed how much it helps you learn and grow. Ask the questions- don’t let them be asked of you. It’s a good way to direct a conversation towards what you want to learn about without asking for help in the area.

Quem sabe amplie para compliance, ESG, comitês técnicos - sempre com um viés financeiro (é raro fugirmos disso), mas o leque amplia muito.

Buscar o novo é recomendável - a tecnologia ampliou esse leque de possibilidades. Além da educação formal, busque acompanhar TED´s, grupos de estudos, webinares, artigos, etc. Quando se amplia o que se conhece e compartilha isso, cada vez mais quer se aprofundar no novo.
