Just start a Slack and conduct all business there, no matter what kind of person joins your team (working remotely / in the office) he still needs to have a working environment at hand Also don't forget to do onboarding and in general make a separate page in Notion, for example, dedicated to it, where you can explain some of the processes in the company And also call more often, discuss common cases, tasks, plans, etc., this will help the remote team to feel more part of the project

I always use gamified applications build by my team or simply use gather.town. My teams always LOVED gather.town. People in XR love gaming and I want everything to be as inclusive as possible. Sadly, in VR especially, headsets and VR apps are still not something everyone can use. As a leader, I need everyone to participate in my teams and enjoy the experience. No one will be left behind! 🫡 This means we will still have to rely on accessible solutions, which means we have to rely on the good old cross-platform flat screen apps available.

I use the VR app which I have designed with my team. It is a multi-member communication space in VR where people can connect from anywhere using either their VR headsets or just laptop browsers. It's easy for everyone to gain VR experience even if they don't use VR headsets.
