One thing I’ve found helpful is to prioritize the main items or the “why” of your presentation. Quality over quantity. Since there is time constraint, focus on the content first rather than design as that may take much of your time. You can also include relevant visuals/data. Your preparation is as important as your delivery, so time yourself, rehearse, and create an opportunity for feedback.

When I have a big presentation coming up, I focus on a few key steps to get it right quickly. First, I highlight the main ideas I want to share, making sure they’re clear and simple. Then, I practice by running through the presentation in front of a mirror or with a friend or family member. Just before I present, I do some vocal warmups and exercises to sound clear and confident. Finally, I try to relax and speak slowly—even if I’m nervous, the audience probably won’t notice small mistakes if I stay calm and keep a steady pace.

Know what you want to say rather than relying on the words on the slides; it's not engaging to be "read to" by a speaker. Tailor the presentation to the audience - speak to the organiser beforehand to find out what topics would be the most beneficial to discuss, and work them into the session so that it remains relevant. Inversely, this also helps figure out what's not as relevant, so you can trim down your slides to prevent it getting too long.

To perfect my big presentation quickly, I focus on FAB presenting. Plus, I tailor my content based on the audience's expertise level to ensure relevance and engagement.
