While some applications might undergo hundreds of deployments daily, it's sensible to recognize that this frequency may not be universally suitable for all functions within every organization. Your MTTR can be impacted across various aspects of your change process, your deployment pipeline might need improvement, or your rollback pipeline might need that manual input to ensure everything is coordinated. If your deployment pipeline doesn't contain the correct backup routines you'll be facing issues trying to bring back your original artifact, or do you need to rebuild and retest through an auditable pipeline before you can implement your rollback. With a solid CI/CT pipeline we should be able to minimise the number of times we need the MTTR, smaller deployments give us smaller impact craters to investigate, and fine tuning our pipelines will all help deliver those improvements we look for.

Customer satisfaction is the measure of how happy and loyal your customers are with your software products and services. It reflects how well you meet and exceed the needs and expectations of your customers, and how well you deliver value and quality to them. A high customer satisfaction indicates that you have a customer-centric DevOps pipeline that aligns your software development and delivery with your customer feedback and insights, and that you can deliver software products and services that solve your customer problems and delight them.
