There is no way to avoid change and novelty in GIS, and continuous learning is crucial for GIS executives Generally, we feel confident and comfortable about known methodologies and managment in our company but it is necessary to stay updated with novelties in GIS and all related technologies in technical and managerial levels to make sure to perform well in the future

Every job is always evolving so one needs to equiped him/her self with the new method of solving problems. In GIS, for example there is a traditional way of digitizing structures but in this current settings one can just write a code in order to digitize all buildings/structures at once which makes it faster with less time. So l think one needs to have a constant learning ability to move on with his or her position.
