I think one must remind everyone about objective collectively Data Warehouse and Team building it needs to achieve. During execution of the such strategic project each stake holder's voice must be heard and instead team needs to understand that they should have constructive feedbacks when reviewing something together. Clear demarkation of jobs and responsibilities must be done at the start to avoid future conflicts, and foster empathy vs sympathy and foresight and knowledge vs jugaads. Encourage learnings from failures not blames and fail fast approach.

Whenever there is conflict in a project between team members, it is important to understand each other's perspectives. Each team member has a different perspective shaped by either their knowledge or experience. I'd host a session where everyone can share their viewpoint with defined guardrails, allowing for equal representation when sharing ideas. Then after hearing everyone out, document what was proposed and relate it back to the current needs of the project. Sometimes there are misconceptions or fixation on edge cases which can be addressed. In my experience, there is often a trade off between what is the "best" solution, and the best solution for right now. Keep the project moving forward and leave room for iteration in the long term.
