Da minha experiência, a abordagem a ser realizada será a de conversar de forma clara e assertiva com o elemento da equipa que está a espalhar os rumores. Será fundamental descrever a situação vivida e expressar o impacto que esse comportamento tem ou poderá vir a ter, quer a nível individual, da equipa ou mesmo da organização. Será igualmente fundamental dar ao colaborador o ónus da decisão de remediar a situação, que poderá, por exemplo, abertamente falar com os restantes elementos da equipa e explicar a razão do seu comportamento.

Une rumeur reste une rumeur. Le problème avec la rumeur n'est pas elle même, mais plutôt NOUS. Nous lui donnons tout son poids, sa réalité et donc... son poison. Pour rétablir l'harmonie dans l'équipe: 1- Prendre la rumeur pour ce qu'elle est : une rumeur 2- Ne pas la nier, cela la renforcera dans l'ombre. La considérer comme un potentiel "fait" , afin de lui retirer sa dimension émotionnelle et prendre du recul. 3- Se rappeler que tous les succès naissent des challenges et non des échecs. Alors autant que l'équipe relève le challenge ENSEMBLE et aille chercher le succès 4- Une fois le recul pris, INNOVER. Penser aux options avec un mindset de "création de nouveaux produits". Cela boostera l'ambiance.
