My team has developed an effective approach to improving dynamics during sprints by embracing openness and transparency in line with the SCRUM framework. To foster camaraderie and motivate the team, we celebrate successes and recognize achievements at all levels for each team member. For example, in our communication channel we create a virtual Winners Postcard where every team member is assigned a unique title. Recently, I was named Unicorn of the Week for devising a complex solution that was implemented just in time for a successful and timely release. Our team focuses on isolating individual problems and collaboratively finding better solutions. These solutions are discussed in our retrospectives to drive continuous improvement

Progress is driven by contributions, not titles. This builds trust, camaraderie, and accountability, aligning with Agile principles.

Identifying the causes behind the team dynamics going away and refueling the team with necessary direction as well as resolving any impediments faced by individuals is equally important.
