It's essential to consider time for these without letting them disrupt the actual planned tasks. The key is to prioritize and tackle one task at a time, whether planned or unplanned. Multitasking often leads to inefficiency and delays, so i recommend to focusing on one activity for better outcomes. When working on larger features / task , I used to split it into smaller components and set clear plan how to address it in the day. I keep my own Kanban board ( cork board & sticky note)for daily activities. This approach has consistently helped me meet deadlines.
