I think the most important thing is to create impactful and helpful / educational “evergreen content” and use a scheduling tool to pop a post per week for 3 months out (or 6, 9, 12 months if possible - it’s a lot of effort up front but pays off) … include holiday posts. This way, you will have less pressure and can free up time to “be social” and interact with other people’s content. And, you can make one day a week one that you reshare an industry or thought leader’s post and add thoughts / perspective to it. That’s 2 days per week that you’ve got covered off the bat. Now, you can focus on posting timely, relevant and engaging content the other days of the week. Remember, it’s social media - it should feel organic, not mechanic 🦋
