You educate them on how to effectively run competitive campaigns. How to cascade a great talk off throughout the ranks. How to carve up large inventories and fully penetrate them. Then let them run with it. Be accessible to them always. I had my mis team publish 2 reports. One hourly (going to my second in command, and a bihourly report to the executives. The hourly report listed the rpcs, the promises and fresh payments so managers, supervisors, and leads can see which agents are converting or not. Shows dialer penetration, idle time, abandon rates, on every campaign they ran. I did this for 3 offshore sites simultaneously. They were all coached real time based on what i saw. As a result, they ALL outperformed their US counterparts.

First we need to start build the relation between manager and subordinate. - in current scenario if people trust your words they will do everything for you - post rapport build-up you will know that each person has different level of working style and grasping power - accordingly assign the task - if people are happy to work from home than ask them to continue - if employees are happy than firm will make out the profit with their happiness - need to trust your team - teams should be on action path instead of giving excuses - maintain the hierarchy and track their activities through application - so other people couldn't make any excuse - understand employees problem and resolve stipulated time period
