It helps you do show and tell and along side keep setting the timelines etc. This helps you accommodate changes without pressure of timelines. Make stakeholders part of the process, so that they can help you navigate also. This may increase your time to market but would achieve the necessary in this ever changing market and dynamics therewith.

We live in VUCA world - a world full of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. For example WE dint knew when CORONA would hit us or ever we all will WFH for years. Scope change will happen and better to happen on time then late. It should be analysed, studied, acted as per situation and case. How will it impact system, stakeholder, team, and most important impact on organization and customer. Accordingly act upon change.

Lo primero que está claro es que no se puede decir "SI" a todo. Lo segundo es que tampoco se puede decir que "No" a todo y volvernos ultra rígidos. Debemos alcanzar el equilibrio, ya que es común que las partes interesadas soliciten ajustes al alcance original. La clave es gestionar efectivamente el cambio: 1. Comprende el "por qué" detrás de la solicitud. Discernir si es un cambio caprichoso, o una respuesta a necesidades reales. 2. Antes de aceptar cualquier cambio, analiza su impacto en el cronograma, presupuesto y alcance general. 3. Explica a las partes interesadas los posibles efectos del cambio y negocia alternativas si es necesario. 4. Recuerda que un proyecto que se adapta sin perder su enfoque es un proyecto que entrega valor.

Answer is simple, everyone keeps some buffer, so with this ever changing environment we cannot say No to client always but we need to know our limits and where to say NO. We need to avoid scope creep and keep all stakeholders aligned.
