Considering I’m more of an artist and visual interiors expert than “tech” I would indeed have had that expert or team member in place in ADVANCE and leave nothing to chance. If it can mess up it will. You can never be over prepared hundreds if not thousands of miles from home+corporate HQ or home offices. With that being said it’s okay to delegate and have a backup plan in place meaning a tech person or company on hand or readily available!! Your booth says EVERYTHING about you, your product, your company & all. It must be perfect, from the ad in the trade show magazine to the pre show marketing, to the visual, tactile and final approach & entrance. Not to mention the guest experience upon entrance. No stone should be left unturned.
