I believe the key to resolving conflicts between different functions is to establish a shared vision and common KPIs ,ensure regular communication through prescheduled meeting with clear agenda on what to be discussed and agree on tasks to be done by each team with clear timeline and accountability, and the last point having clarity between teams on why a certain task is requested is also a key to achieve common understanding
