I would just add some body work here. Often, we don't even realize how our breathe changes when we are under pressure. It is crucial to take few minutes and notice our breathe - we can include the simple box breathing exercise (4sec breathe in, 4sec hold, 4 sec breathe out, 4 sec hold; repeat for 3-5 min). Another good exercise is to look outside and try to focus on few distant things we can spot, fantastic if it is something green (nature!). It allows us to activate our parasympathetic nervous system and engage prefrontal cortex, where decisions are made. Few minutes off can be very productive.

Yes, Here’s how: 1. Experience in a Dynamic Environment: Working in a large company with many internal stakeholders and a fast-growing market has taught me to effectively manage tight deadlines and competing priorities. 2. KPI-Driven Approach: I focus on tasks directly related to KPIs while ensuring that management directions are translated into clear, actionable strategies. 3. Proactive and Reactive Balance: I excel in proactively nurturing business development opportunities while also reacting swiftly to challenges as they arise. 4. Teamwork and Collaboration: I prioritize seamless teamwork by connecting all stakeholders involved in small or large-scale projects, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

Add any form of Bilateral stimulation to the body-walk/Run, Dance, Tap on shoulders, etc. I recommend listening to any music that moves you.

When managing tight deadlines from multiple stakeholders, I stay productive by combining prioritization, clear communication, and efficient time management. I assess each task's urgency and importance, then break projects into manageable steps with clear deadlines. Tools like planners or apps help me track progress and ensure no task is overlooked. Proactive communication is key—I update stakeholders on progress and address delays early to stay aligned. When needed, I delegate tasks or collaborate with colleagues to meet goals. By setting realistic targets, staying focused, and adapting to challenges, I consistently deliver quality results under pressure.

When we’re working under pressure, and start to feel stressed, our fight-flight response can be triggered, making it harder to concentrate and stay focused. Using breathing and grounding techniques is a great way to counteract fight-flight so you can perform at your best. My favourite is to breathe longer on the out breath: breathe in for a count of 3 and out for a count of 5. Repeat a couple of times to feel calmer and more in control.

If you find yourself unable to progress, frozen in indecision, it can be helpful to take some time to examine your resistance. Is there some unacknowledged expectation that is keeping you from taking action from fear of falling short? Spending time being open to what is lying beneath the surface of your awareness with a curious and accepting attitude, can enable the resistance to shift and your sharp focus return to the fore.

I introduce mental fun into my thought process. I imagine there are bears, and sharks and helicopters and granades going off all over the place. I make the potential outcome way worse so I can laugh and realize the stress is all made up anyway. Nothing's on fire.

I manage tight deadlines by prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact, staying proactive with communication to keep everyone in the loop, and using tools like task managers and calendars to stay organized. It’s all about balance and focus!
