In this fast changing world we can manage client expectations by upgrading ourselves. I always live in a learning mode byvreading books, keep eye on industry updats and competitor. With this only we can manage client expectation. Because the biggest enemy of our business is our ostrich mindset. In this type of mundset a person think that they do not have any competion with anyone, they are unique. But this mindset destroy our business. For eg. Kodak. A company who aquire more than 95% market of cameras but they did not upgrade themselves and market shifted to digital cameras. And eventually they unable to manage custumer needs and satisfaction and at the end of 2012 they filled bankcrupcy. So only evolvinv our selves with time is the key.
