Project Closure involves the following process under the 6th edition which is close project. Under the 5th edition there was close project and procurement closure. Now with the 7th we have to analyze under domains.

I usually use a checklist while engaging all stakeholders for feedback. - Lesson learnt, as much as relying on safety officers, monitoring authorities etc is important. I usually make time to monitor all the progress and report any near misses, incident, what went well and bad, shortcomings during the project to ensure everything is documented. During lesson learnt meeting, document everything discussed to improve on future projects. - E.g, Documenting and reporting near misses can help create awareness during safety talk or tool box talk on future projects.

Es imprescindible ademas, para un cierre correcto de un proyecto lo siguiente: 1. Todos los certificados de aceptacion de las obras debidamente firmados por todos los responsables. 2. Todos los recibos de entrega de materiales , prestamo y devolucion de materiales y/o herramientas y/o instrumentos, debidamente firmados por el cliente. 3.recibir la aceptacion final de la obra indicando que no hay pendientes. 4. En definitiva , todo documento que mencione el contrato, debe obtenerse y firmado por los responsables indicados en el mismo contrato( cuidado con esto último). Toda ests documentacion debe estar en el archivo del proyecto, para evitar reclamaciones posteriores.

La implementación de PnPs de trabajo que recojan el estado y avance del proyecto para todas las áreas funcionales implicadas facilita la recolección de lo q ocurrió. Esta información, junto a la propia de gestión de proyec tos, se consolidan en los informes de cierre de proyecto. Normalmente se lo ve como una perdida de tiempo o un resumen de fallos habidos en el proyecto y hasta olvidando lo que sr hizo especialmente bien, que tambien lo hay.
