For example: meetings, thinking, communicating, document, processing … these cards can be used to show the types of work and flow. Having visual cards can speed the process. Permit the users to make their own custom cards.

In the early 2000s I had a usability lab in NYC that was run by a very talented Harvard PhD leader with eyeball tracking and heat mapping. Fast forward to 2015, I had the option to use simple tools like HotJar, to understand Rage Clicks, Frustration and Relevance Scores to identify patterns and fix pain points.

You can go back and look over them if you feel like certain categories need refining FOLLOW UP - you can always follow up on the participants after to clarify any results.
