How can you improve customer interactions with better product knowledge?

Primeiro ponto: conhecer o(s) produto(s) no qual você estará trabalhando é de suma importância. Segundo aspecto necessário: conhecer os destinatários/ público-alvo é fundamental para entender qual ou quais a(s) demanda(s) se espera. Terceiro ponto que acredito ser relevante é, sobretudo, ter uma boa comunicação e escuta. Um bom ouvinte poderá realizar boas e necessárias contribuições na tratativa, obtendo assertividade e êxito seu objetivo. Por fim, é indispensável o estudo, pois se é desejado o progresso e boa colheita dos resultados, esse seria um pontapé para avançar nos objetivos esperados.

In my experience confused customers do not buy. Selling is the art form of building a sellable belief system of trust, integrity and performance of said item or service. Fostering an inner belief that you must know the product well enough to use it yourself even if you are yet to try it provides a trust with your customers. Customers want to believe in buying what works. Authenticity selling your perspective and belief will build customer trust which translates into sales and a loyal customer base.

Every day, in a retail environment the plans are changed. So the best way to "sell" a product is to educate yourself on them. Also, because retail environments are ever-changing knowing where to located said product is another key point in selling. The best way someone can do sell or have knowledge of products is to "shop" the store for new products and to have a guesstimatation of where the product is or where it is located near. This shows the consumers that we are knowledgeable about products and are aware of changes ongoing in work environment. Sometimes, can even help with add ons to go with the product customers/guests are looking for. Wanting to educate yourself and the consumer is win win.

It is the difference between the new salesperson who is selling based off of the product, and those who know; Knowing your customers and their needs is a vital step in enhancing your product knowledge. To achieve this, engage with your customers by asking open-ended questions, actively listening to their responses, and closely observing their behavior and preferences is at the heart of sales.

Listen, Look and Learn. Everyday..with all client interactions. This way you begin to know exactly what they need. Finding solutions along the way is a great way to grow a relationship.

When we ask our customers the right questions, they’ll tell us everything that we need to go over with them. A simple “does that feature make sense to you or do you need me to explain it in a different way?” Questions like the one above will help you get a better understanding of whether the customer needs more information. It also shows them you do care about them and want to give them a full understanding of your product or service. Another good practice is to go over a feature and then follow up that with how it would benefit the customer. Again this shows them you care about them.

If communication is the key to any sale, then active listening is the lock to closing the sale. If you are just talking at the client without actively hearing their wants/desires/needs in said product then you might as well be shooting in the dark. Being excited about a product regardless of price point is another soft skill that most sales people forget. There is a reason Billy Mays sold so much OxiClean because you can feel his excitement. It was a bit too much of Danny DeVito in Matilda for me but I knew his product and could palpably feel his excitement. Use technical terms as long as you are bring the customer along on that journey. If a jacket has trademarked tech to help with cold weather & it makes sense for the client, use it!

Sem o aprofundamento no desenvolvimento das técnicas e aperfeiçoamento, sem dúvidas não há progresso. Estará fadado ao fracasso. Pois somente o conhecimento prévio não se sustenta naquilo que a demanda pede. Desta maneira um dos pontos a ser pensado nesse sentido são: - Qual o nicho que você pretende investir? - Ter conhecimento do mercado, tendo em vista o que se oferece, como se presta o serviço neste nicho; - A quem você se destina (público)? Nesse sentido é possível pensar quais, portanto, serão os desafios e possibilidades de assertividade ao que tange a, focado em seu objetivo geral: afetar/conquistar o seu cliente. Desta maneira, os planos traçados através das estratégias aprendidas serão fundamentais nessa jornada.
