Find the behavior and attitude of the person on face-to-face interview also make them ease and find out the reason to leave the current employer. There are more techniques to identify the right candidates. The interviewer should think out of the box question and shouldn't be sitting in an ac room always to find answers.

A search firm can be reputable and have top notch processes and still not be right for you. There has to be a fit there that goes beyond what is on paper. Do you LIKE the person who is essentially your talent gate keeper? Some people may argue that "hey this is business, why does that matter." But if you and your lead at your staffing agency communicate well the process is 100x better. As someone on the staffing service side, it is the same for me.
