The stupid question might be what's on everybody's mind but too afraid to ask. Or it's something everybody's willfully overlooking. Or it's something none of the geniuses on the board have cared to consider. Or it's a legitimate stupid question. In which case, you're corrected and better for it. There's really no downside. What is value for you, it might not be considered as value for others. I'm aware this might sound a bit too harsh. But it's true. Safe area would be what we could name - a Universal Value, a value that is based on ethical principles. Communication here is slow and long term - strategic. However, it should always be used. Our society lacks ethics.

El mentoring es una metodología muy valiosa para transmitir y aprender nuevos conocimientos. La combinación perfecta entre la experiencia, el saber teórico y la implementación practica. Un ejemplo de "ganar ganar" tanto para el mentor como para el mentee. Donde los aciertos y los errores enriquecen el aprendizaje bidireccional. Pude probar esta metodología al contar con el mentoring del área de tecnología para conectarlo con la estrategia de marketing, y el resultado fue muy virtuoso.

When you have the experience and you're mentoring someone with a gentle but firm agile approach you will give them good vision and experience how to excel. Also from your own point of view, when you are mentoring somebody, you sharpen your skills so this is an added value from your part as well. Part of being a consultant is the ability to focus your experience and skills and leverage it for growth for businesses by mentoring owners directors and CEOs.
